the gist
A workflow using Grok Bot, Notion, and specialized MCP plugins to audit outdated websites, generate design variants, and draft personalized outreach emails automatically.
Automated Design Audit and Redesign Pipeline
The author uses Grok Bot to automate the creation of design-focused outreach emails for local business prospects. The process begins by connecting a Notion database of prospect websites to Grok Bot via the Notion MCP plugin. Once the bot accesses a target URL, it runs three concurrent UI/UX audits using the Design Audit, Impeccable, and Jezweb UX plugins. These audits identify specific issues, such as non-responsive layouts or poor hero section composition, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Variant Generation and Styling
After auditing, the workflow utilizes the MagicPath MCP to generate four distinct design versions: the original site and three redesign variants based on the audit findings. To refine the aesthetics, the author integrates the Mobbin MCP to pull inspiration from real-world shipped products, or alternatively uses Pinterest boards as a free fallback. These design references are then passed through the BYQ Studio MCP, which applies a component-library pass to ensure the final designs are clean and professional.
Scaling the Outreach Routine
To scale this process, the author configures a daily routine in Grok Bot labeled "Daily Leads Builder." This routine is instructed to process 10 prospect sites every morning, executing the audit, redesign, and styling steps for each. The final output is an email draft containing links to the three MagicPath design variants, which the user reviews before sending to the prospect.
